1.Properties of FRP pultruded profiles
A. High strength
FRP is stronger than structural steel on a pound-for pound basis. It has been used to buildings, walkway, sub-floors and platforms.
B. Light weight
FRP is 20-25% the weight of steel and 70% the weight of aluminum. FRP are easily transported, handled and lifted into place. Total structures can often be preassembled and shipped to the job site ready to installation.
C. Anti-corrosion
FRP will not rot and are impervious to a broad range of corrosive elements. This feature makes FRP a natural selection for indoor or outdoor structures in pulp and paper mills, chemical plants, water and sewage treatment plants, structural near salt water and other corrosive environments.
2. Craft
Fiberglass pultruded profiles are manufactured with the pultrusion process after choosing the correct raw materials major including the resin, fibers and additives according to the profiles requirement including mechanical strength, electrical insulation, anti-corrosion etc.
3.application
Fiberglass pultruded profiles are widely used as umbrella frames, underground cable jackets, cable cores (bearing tensile stress), handles of spade and hammer, structural members, handrails, water pipes, and mobile telecom outdoor antennal coves etc.

Answer: To meet the requirement of different customers and areas, our factory manufactures various kinds of quality for each item at a wide range of price. We can offer the products of different quality levels depending on customer's target price and quality requirement.
(3) How can I get a sample?
Answer: Normally small samples can be sent free of charge and customers just need to bear the shipping charge, or you can provide your DHL,FEDEX,EMS,UPS courier account number to us. For bigger sizes, it depends.
(4) How can you guarantee the quality of mass production is same with the sample sent to me before?
Answer: Our warehouse staff will leave another same sample in our company, with your company name marked on it, which our production will be based on.
(5) How can you deal with quality issues that customer feedback after receiving the goods?
Answer:
1) Customers take photos of unqualified goods and then our sales staff will send them to Engineering Department to verify.
2) If the issue is confirmed, our sales staff will explain the root cause and take corrective actions in coming orders.
3) Finally, we will negotiate with our customers to make some compensation.
